A kitchenette with the ceiling grid still open above it. The wall behind the counter went from paint to long white tile laid in straight stacked courses, so every vertical joint lines up with the one above it.
Stacked tile is less forgiving than a brick pattern, because a joint that drifts shows across the whole wall. The electrical boxes and the round wall fitting are cut in clean, and the tile runs tight under the cabinets.
What we installed
- Long white wall tile, stacked
- Cuts around electrical boxes and fittings
- Finish under the cabinets
