Who we are

This website is operated by Talposh Company Ltd., a flooring and tile installation company in Winnipeg, Manitoba. We handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). The owners, André Talposh Sr. and André Talposh Jr., are responsible for privacy at our company.

What we collect

When you send an estimate request, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, project location, project details and any photos you attach. Photos taken with a phone can contain the location where they were taken; we use them only to prepare your estimate. Apart from basic technical logs kept by our website host, we collect nothing else through this website.

Why we collect it

We use your information to reply to your request, prepare an estimate and, if you hire us, carry out the work. We do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing purposes.

Who processes it

This website and the estimate form run on Cloudflare, Inc. Form submissions are not stored on the website; they are sent straight to our email inbox, which is provided by Apple (iCloud). If you message us on Instagram, Meta Platforms processes those messages. These providers may store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessed by courts, law enforcement and national security authorities under the laws of that country.

How we protect it

Only the owners can access estimate requests. The accounts we use for the website and email are protected by passwords.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. Our hosting provider records basic technical information, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure and running.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests for up to two years, unless the request leads to a contract. In that case, we keep the information as long as needed for the work and for our legal and tax obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it unless we must keep it for legal or tax reasons. Email us at talposh12345@icloud.com or call (204) 899-5932, and we will respond within 30 days.
