Dark stone-look tile runs floor to ceiling in the shower, with the bench and curb wrapped in the same tile and finished with a slim black edge. A recessed niche keeps the walls clear.

A pebble mosaic covers the shower floor, and patterned porcelain runs through the rest of the bathroom. A pattern like this has to stay square from the door to the shower, so the layout gets worked out first.
